- Prices
- Net prices in EUR, excl. VAT. Reverse charge with a valid EU VAT ID; German VAT for German companies.
- Minimum order
- 300 pieces per product (mixed colours allowed). 500 and 1,000-piece tiers are cheaper per piece.
- Payment
- 50 % deposit after mock-up approval, 50 % before shipping. Bank transfer; card payment coming soon.
- Lead time
- 4–6 weeks after approval. Express (3–4 weeks) by air on request, quoted per order.
- Delivery
- Standard: delivery to one EU address included. Express: surcharge quoted. EXW pick-up possible on request.
- Tooling
- One-time tooling for enamel, PVC, leather and aroma moulds; paid once, repeat orders without it.
- Mock-up
- Free 3D mock-up within 2 working days; up to two revision rounds included.
- Returns
- Custom-made goods are not returnable; defective pieces are replaced or credited.
